PRICE MATCH POLICY:

*We will match regular combined product and shipping cost from any competitor. We will not price match auction sites and sale prices (i.e. ebay, Amazon, etc..). Please call customer service at 203-549-0026 to receive price match.



CT Supplements Shipping and Return Polices are as follows:

SHIPPING:

  • Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Most orders ship within 48 hours. Orders are shipped no signature required unless specifically required. We are not responsible for packages lost once proof of delivery is supplied.
  • Items marked NO Shipping Charge on this product only pertains to Shipments in the US only (this includes all 50 states, protectorates, and APO/FPO).
  • If an item you order is backordered or out of stock, you will receive an email.
  • Please note that not responding to the email can and most likely will delay your order processing time.
  • We will not just substitute a like product, you bought what you wanted and we don't want to assume that we can just change it on you.
  • We do not charge your credit card until an your order ships, we do however, authorize your card at time of purchase.
  • We now offer 2 International shipping options. Bongo International will allow our international customers to consolidate their shipments amongst multiple vendors. Our other International shipping is USPS Priority Mail International. We will use 1st Class International upon request, however, the buyer assumes all responsibility. 1st Class international is only available on purchase under $400, that are 4lbs or less, and can fit in a box that does not exceed 12" x 12" x 12" (or 36" combined length + width + height).
  • Due to a limitation of our system international shipping will calculate incorrectly as it is based on weight and not order total. Please email for a shipping quote before purchasing, however, if you should purchase first, a corrected shipping quote will be emailed to you for your approval. *We do NOT offer free shipping on international orders.
  • Our Standard US Shipping (2-7 Business Days) rates are base on order total as follows:
    • Under $50 -- $5.95
    • $50 - $100 -- $7.95
    • $100 - $150 -- $8.95
    • $150 - $199 -- $9.95
    • Over $199 -- FREE

We have partnered with Bongo International to fulfill our international orders. Bongo provides our international visitors with their own US forwarding address. Having a Bongo address provides you with multiple benefits:

  1. Ability to purchase from any US based retail store
  2. Ability to save money by consolidating multiple purchases
  3. Ability to make sure your order was fulfilled correctly
  4. Ability to view images of your goods before they are shipped overseas

VERY IMPORTANT International Orders

CT Supplements is not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside United States. Buyer's should contact their local customs office (or that of the country they wish the product shipped to) for any questions.


The laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is the buyer's responsibility to check with their country's Customs office to see if their country allows the shipment of specific products to their country.

We will ship the products ordered to the address provided. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Any duties or taxes that may apply are the buyer's responsibility. In any case actual cost of shipping will not be refunded.



RETURNS:

Every so often it is necessary to return an item. At CT Supplements, we try to make the return process as painless as possible. To be eligible for our returns policy you MUST call or email us for an RA number. NO item (in any condition) may be returned to us without an RA number. DO NOT ship something back to us and then call for the RA number.

Please NOTE: Under any circumstance opened packages are not returnable. If you open it you own it.

Return/Exchange for Damaged, Broke, or Incorrect Shipments:
Damaged, broken, or incorrect merchandise will be replaced at our expense. When we issue an RA number we will arrange the shipping with you, most of the time this will be a UPS/FedEx call tag that we will email to you. You will have 10 days to use this call tag or it will expire as will your ability to return your item(s). At our discretion we may cross ship a replacement item to you, after we are notified that UPS/FedEx has in fact picked up your return.

Return/Exchange for Other Reasons:
Items being returned for refund or exchange DO REQUIRE an RA number and you must arrange your own shipping. We can issue a call tag for you, but you will be charged the actual shipping cost plus a $8 fee. All items must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise returned after 14 days that is not broken or damaged will be charged a restocking fee of 20%. NO refund will be given if returned merchandise is not resaleable, opened, or not in its original packaging. In all cases, shipping charges will not be refunded. There is no restocking fee for exchanges, you will however, be charged for shipping.

Please be mindful that if we issue you a call tag, you have 10 days to call UPS/FedEx to pick-up or the item is non-returnable/exchangeable, even if you paid us for the call tag.


Should a refund be issued it will be placed on the credit card used to place the order, in the event that card is not available a store credit will be issued. Please keep in mind it may take up to 3 weeks for the refund to be placed back on your credit card and it may take up to 2 billing cycles for it to show on your bill. In the case of damaged merchandise being exchanged for a backordered item, a store credit will be issued. ALL EXCHANGES require a credit card guarantee to insure we receive the original items back. **NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
